These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to the 1-on-1 coaching service (the "Services") provided by [CORNWILL MEDIA DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES] (the "Service Provider") to clients who purchase the Services (the "Clients").

1. Description of Services.
   The Services include 4 live private Zoom sessions (each session lasting for up to 1 hour), 30-day VIP support chat with guided ads setup and implementation.
    

2. Payment
   Clients must pay the full amount for the Services before the first session.
   The Service Provider will not begin the Services until full payment has been received.
    

3. No Refunds
   All payments made to the Service Provider for the Services are non-refundable, regardless of whether or not the Client is satisfied with the Services provided.
    

4. No-Shows
   If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled Zoom session, the Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to the Service Provider. If no notice is given, the missed session will be considered complete and count as 1 of the 4 sessions included in the Service.
    

5. No Guarantee for Results
   The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific results as a result of the Services provided.
    

6. Confidentiality
   The Service Provider will keep all information obtained during the course of providing the Services confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the prior consent of the Client.
    

7. Termination
   Either party may terminate the Services at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall not be entitled to any refund of payments already made.
    

8. Governing Law
   The Services and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
    

9. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising out of or related to the Services and these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
    

10. Acknowledgment
    By purchasing the Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
     

11. No Legal Advice
    The Services are not intended to provide legal advice or services. The Service Provider is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or services.
     

12. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
     

13. Entire Agreement
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. These Terms may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
